Elevated Media Group provides software development, motion graphics, visualization, and related digital media services. We deliver high-quality digital solutions tailored to meet your specific business requirements and creative vision.
Payment is typically required at project completion unless otherwise specified in your project agreement. We accept various payment methods and will provide detailed payment terms in your custom project contract.
Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final deliverables as agreed upon in the project contract. All work-in-progress materials, source files, and methodology remain the property of Elevated Media Group unless specifically transferred.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services in question.
Elevated Media Group and its products (including the LOCLbox platform at loclbox.com) offer SMS text messaging programs for appointment reminders, booking confirmations, cancellation notices, and account or reward notifications. By opting in — for example, by agreeing to an SMS Messaging Agreement during booking — you consent to receive these messages at the mobile number you provided.
